Information you provide
Our callback form collects your phone number, city or ZIP code, service choice, optional name and message, and your permission to contact you about the request. We save the page path and receipt time. Please do not include payment information, access codes or other sensitive details.
How we use it
We use this information to review and respond to your service or parts inquiry. Sending a form does not book an appointment or request immediate dispatch. We do not use the form as consent for marketing messages.
Storage and notifications
Requests are stored on our website server. Our n8n automation sends a business alert through the Evolution API and WhatsApp to the business recipient. These providers process information needed to deliver that alert. Private operational backups may contain submitted requests. Access is restricted to people and systems maintaining the business service.
Retention
Delivered requests are retained on the website for up to 90 days. Requests awaiting delivery may be retained longer while a delivery issue is resolved. A private backup or provider record may persist until its normal rotation. We do not promise immediate deletion from every backup.
Site operation
The server may record technical access and security logs. WordPress uses necessary cookies for administrator sign-in. This release does not add advertising cookies or analytics tracking. External links, including map directions and manufacturer resources, have their own privacy practices.
