Determine whether the issue is limited to the keypad
Tell us whether the remote and wall control still work. A keypad with no response, a control that lights up but does not operate the door, and a problem affecting every control suggest different checks. Do not repeatedly cycle a door that is stuck or uneven.
Use the instructions for the actual keypad
Battery, programming and compatibility details vary by model. Find the accessory and operator identification before following a reset procedure. A video showing the same color keypad is not proof that its instructions match your equipment.
Protect access information
Do not send your entry code or account password through this callback form. You can describe a failed code, an intermittent response or a recent equipment change without revealing the credential itself. Discuss access changes directly when service is arranged.
Decide between an accessory and system service
A replacement keypad must work with the operator. If all controls fail or the door behaves abnormally, the keypad may not be the underlying problem. Call with the model details and the behavior of the other controls so the right service or part can be discussed.
Read the equipment guidance
Use the instructions for your exact equipment. The Chamberlain Group manuals and parts library and Clopay care and maintenance manuals provide manufacturer context. These links are reference material, not a claim of a dealer relationship.
